Overview
We’re looking for a new colleague to join our fast-growing Simon-Kucher Engine team as a Product Marketing Specialist / Manager. Simon-Kucher is a global consultancy that unlocks growth with purpose. Responsibilities
- Define a clearly positioned marketing plan for the Engine product portfolio, collaborating with the Marketing team and key stakeholders.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives, coordinating with Product teams and global/specialist marketing teams on campaigns, customer-facing assets, events, account-based marketing initiatives, and social media activities, ensuring alignment across teams and consistent execution.
- Partner closely with Product Managers throughout the product lifecycle, helping shape positioning, value messaging, and go-to-market plans for new features and product releases based on customer insight, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Establish clear objectives and KPIs for all marketing activities, monitor performance, and translate insights into recommendations that continuously improve campaign effectiveness and go-to-market execution. Use research skills to study and understand industry trends, key competitors (pricing, new features, etc.) and market developments.
- Support and conduct win/loss analyses to understand product strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop sales enablement materials and customer-facing content that help internal teams communicate Engine's value proposition effectively.
- Build strong working relationships across Engine product teams, global and regional marketing teams, and specialist marketing functions, driving clarity, alignment, and delivery in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or related field.
- Two or more years’ experience in product marketing, product management, or B2B SaaS marketing, preferably within a software company.
- Understanding of B2B SaaS sales channels and professional services marketing.
- Strong project management skills and experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and plan effectively, delivering results with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Independent work style and ability to collaborate with in‑house experts.
- Fluency in English and German.
