As a Product Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you will ensure the smooth integration and ongoing management of our providers and third-party systems. You will be responsible for the structured implementation of technical requirements, the reliable maintenance of existing interfaces, and the accurate handling and processing of customer- and portal-specific billing processes.

• Managing and coordinating provider and interface integrations
• Analyzing and evaluating interface documentation and field descriptions
• Coordinating interface testing and implementation activities
• Preparing and handing over technical requirements for gateway and interface solutions
• Tracking implementation progress and resolving technical queries

Third-Party Integrations

• Managing and maintaining existing third-party integrations
• Conducting technical requirements analyses and clarifying interface specifications within customer projects

Billing Quality & Data Analysis

• Analyzing billing discrepancies based on customer structures, product quantities, and usage data – identifying the root causes of incorrect invoices
• Acting as the first internal point of contact for billing-related issues and discrepancies
• Maintaining customer‑specific billing terms and conditions
• Working closely with relevant internal departments to resolve billing‑related questions and issues

What you bring with you

• Completed degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
• Strong ability to understand technical documentation, including interface specifications and field structures, as well as a solid understanding of API fundamentals
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset, particularly regarding billing logic and portal/asset structures
• Excellent communication skills, acting as an interface between providers, Sales, Product Owners, and Support
• Native‑level German (C2) and very good written and spoken English
