Product Owner E-Commerce

ProPursuit are currently looking for an experienced Product Owner for a world leading e-commerce platform based in Berlin.

The role will allow a hybrid remote working module.

Your role:

• You are enthusiastic about complex problems in the field of e-commerce & digital transformation and reduce them to the essentials
• You screen the market for new and innovative functionalities to increase the added value of our solutions
• You analyse the behaviour of our users, validate assumptions, e.g. with the help of customer interviews or A/B tests, and then design features with a focus on actual customer benefits
• Our development team appreciates you as a competent colleague for all content-related questions
• You are responsible for the planning, development and operation of new and existing functions for our e-commerce solution
• You coordinate requirements and the roadmap with contacts from various national companies, your colleagues, our agile coaches and the development department and are therefore a core component of the digital transformation.

Our tech stack:

Experience/knowledge in the below technologies would be a huge plus.

• Knowledge of a common e-commerce solution (e.g. Intershop, Shopware, Demandware, Magento), preferably SAP Hybris Commerce
• You are familiar with formats such as CSV, XML & JSON, Notepad++ & Filezilla are installed on your PC
  Jira, Confluence
• Process modelling with BPMN, e.g. in Lucidchart
• Scrum/Agile
• Application experience with CMS systems
• Google Analytics/Webtrekk, Optimizely/AB Tasty
• SAP ERP

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a technical or business degree or comparable training
• You have at least 2+ years of professional experience and a good understanding of e-commerce and digital transformation of business processes
• You are a team player, proactive and show a high level of initiative and commitment
• You quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics, look for pragmatic solutions and can set priorities
• You would like to contribute your ideas and take responsibility for the results of your work
• You are not afraid of contact with technical topics
• A particular strength lies in your strong communication skills and proactive work attitude
• Fluency in both English and German
