Your Mission
Own the end‑to‑end delivery of Adsquare's measurement data products — from backlog to production — ensuring operational excellence, seamless partner integrations, and reliable data product quality at scale.
Your Profile
- Passionate about data products and the interfaces that deliver them.
- A pragmatic product owner with 3-4 years of experience in PO or technical PM roles, ideally in AdTech, MarTech, or data‑heavy ecosystems.
- A strong project manager – sequencing work, mapping dependencies, and scoping against time come naturally, whether the conversation is with our engineers, our architects, or our partners' integration teams.
- Operationally rigorous – you think in SLIs, SLOs, freshness, match rate, and MTTR, not just features shipped. You run a tight backlog, break work into testable stories, and remove blockers fast.
- Comfortable with ambiguity – you make decisions with limited information, adjust as new insight arrives, and translate business intent clearly enough that engineering doesn't over‑ or under‑build.
- A clear communicator across altitudes – translating strategy into specs, and engineering reality into product trade‑offs.
- A servant leader by instinct – you create clarity, protect focus, and foster self‑organisation.
- A true owner – you drive outcomes without step‑by‑step direction, and surface tensions upward rather than resolving them quietly. No BS, no politics.

What you will do
Own the Measurement Squad's Delivery
- Own and maintain your Squad's backlog and roadmap, working closely with the Lead PM Measurement & Attribution.
- Translate strategy into clear, testable user stories with well‑defined acceptance criteria.
- Manage priorities, scope, and trade‑offs to deliver on time.
- Run the squad's work as a project — sequence initiatives, map dependencies, scope against time.
- Lead the squad's contribution to the technical transition out of the legacy measurement service, in partnership with engineering and the architect.
- Manage internal dependencies — SLAs, schema contracts, and joint roadmap touchpoints with the Signal Data & Visit Squad, telling upstream what's needed based on monetisation use cases.
- Coordinate releases of new schemas, APIs, integrations, and delivery modes.
- Surface positioning, packaging, or roadmap tensions pro‑actively.
Drive Partner Integrations & External Technical Collaboration
- Act as the primary PO‑level counterpart to partner technical teams (DSPs, social platforms, activation endpoints).
- Co‑own integration specs, schema contracts, and change management with our technical account management team.
- Represent Adsquare credibly in external technical conversations on data structure, identifiers, match methodology, and delivery.
- Support the Lead PM on new monetisation channels through feasibility input, integration scoping, and prototype delivery.
Guarantee Operational Excellence & Data Product Reliability
- Ensure our measurement data products meet standards of quality, privacy, reliability, and scalability.
- Define, own, and report on operational KPIs: freshness, SLA adherence, completeness, schema validation, match rate, MTTD, MTTR, uptime.
- Own the operational visibility layer that surfaces data product health to internal teams.
- Establish SLIs, SLOs, and escalation paths in partnership with technical account management teams and engineering squads.
