Product Owner (m/f/d) – AI in Healthcare

Germany - Frankfurt a.M, Hamburg, Berlin, … Full-time / Permanent Hybrid

As a Product Owner at AImax, you will shape the implementation of our digital products in close cooperation with management, the market, customers, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product responsibility on an implementation level: Translating product ideas into effective, user-centric solutions
Requirement and decision-making work: Structuring requirements with a view to benefits, feasibility, and quality
Agile collaboration: Coordination with internal teams and external development service providers
SCRUM & team development: Moderating agile formats and promoting self-organized work
Regulated environment: Pragmatic integration of regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 13485)
Tool-supported product work: Ensuring transparency through Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)

Requirements

Several years of solid experience as a Product Owner in software product development
Deep understanding of agile product development according to SCRUM
Ideally a Scrum Master or Agile Coach certification
Experience in regulated environments (e.g. medical devices, pharma, HealthTech)
Routine in working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
Clear, structured communication and a strong understanding of users

Key Responsibilities

Technical product management: Structured documentation of AI products, features, and releases
Interface between idea & implementation: Collaboration with product managers and developers
Coordination: Supporting the development pipeline and case-based task management
Optional: Participation in data science topics and analysis of new AI logics

Requirements

Studies in Computer Science, Data Science, Medicine, Health Informatics or similar
Basic technical understanding and enjoyment of structuring complex systems
Excellent organizational skills and a desire to take on responsibility
Curiosity about AI applications in healthcare
