To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Product Owner - Sales & Commercial Excellence (m/f/d) to join us in Tübingen with immediate effect.

About The Role

You own the business value creation of the AI Sales Assistant and ensure that sales teams achieve measurable commercial outcomes from adoption.

What You Will Do

• Translate business vision, use cases, and priorities and drive the implementation of Sales Initiatives in the Legal Entities.
• Own backlog from a sales perspective.
• Define sales KPIs and value realization.
• Align AI capabilities with sales strategy.
• Act as primary interface to Country Sales Leads, Managing Directors and Key Users.
• You will work with success matrics such as:
  • Sales Assistant adoption rate.
  • User satisfaction.
  • Increase in cross-/up-sell conversions.
  • Churn prevention impact.
