Product Qualification Engineer (f/m/d)

In this role, you will lead product qualification efforts, turning plans into robust test setups and traceable evidence for product release. You’ll collaborate with reliability, product engineering, and external labs to design tests, collect data, and deliver quality qualification packages. You will build test hardware with partners, coordinate schedules, and ensure repeatable qualification campaigns. The role offers hands-on lab work and cross-functional impact in a fast-paced startup environment. You will help translate requirements into practical, high-quality validation outcomes.

• Conduct bench and lab qualification tests (thermal, electrical, mechanical, environmental) per plans and matrices
• Develop test PCBs and fixtures with external partners from requirements through bring-up
• Set up and maintain qualification equipment (thermal chambers, DAQ, probe stations, power supplies)
• Coordinate qualification campaigns with OSATs and external labs, managing schedules and logistics
• Document results with clear pass/fail assessments and traceable records
• Identify and escalate risks to keep campaigns on track

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related discipline
• 2–4+ years of hardware bring-up, bench testing, or product qualification campaigns
• Experience testing RF and high-speed I/O (vector network analyzers, high-bandwidth scopes, BERTs)
• Proficiency with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, DAQ, thermal chambers) and test hardware development
• Experience collaborating with PCB design/fabrication partners and external labs/OSATs
• Strong test execution, documentation, and communication skills
