Product Sales Manager Research Platform (f/m/d)
Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours. Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You drive the commercial scaling of a research platform along the entire sales process, from market analysis, go-to-market strategy, and offer and pricing models through to successful contract closure and after-sales service.
- You analyze markets, customer needs, and target segments, identify business potential, prioritize sales opportunities, and manage their end-to-end execution.
- You plan revenue volumes with target customers, evaluate business potential, and ensure the targeted development of the sales pipeline based on relevant key performance indicators.
- You develop and establish scalable commercial models, standardized sales packages, and competitive pricing structures for pilot and customer projects.
- You build trusted customer relationships, support C-level interactions and contract negotiations, and take responsibility for proposal and tender processes in collaboration with subject matter experts, local organizations, and management.
- You coordinate the realization of customer requirements regarding new products, projects, and service offerings and promote their successful market introduction.
- You further develop sales enablement structures, are responsible for sales-relevant KPIs and reports relating to order intake and revenue, and act as a competent point of contact for commercial-related matters.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have successfully completed a Master's or Diploma degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Health Economics, Digital Health, Medical Technology, or possess a comparable qualification.
- You bring several years of professional experience in healthcare sales, consulting, digital business, or the commercial scaling of digital solutions.
- You possess sound knowledge in the analysis of market potential, customer needs, and business opportunities, as well as in the development of successful go-to-market, pricing, and sales strategies.
- You are familiar with managing tenders and preparing proposals and have experience in contract negotiations and the design of scalable commercial and deal models.
- You operate confidently in international business environments and have already collaborated successfully in global and cross-functional teams.
Your attributes and skills:
- You impress through strong communication skills, confident storylining, and the ability to communicate complex digital solutions in a clear and audience-appropriate manner at management and C-level.
- You think entrepreneurially, recognize business opportunities at an early stage, and translate customer requirements into sustainable and commercially successful business models.
- You communicate confidently in German and English; additional language skills are an advantage to navigate effectively in an international environment.
- You work in a structured, self-driven, and results-oriented manner and maintain an overview even within complex stakeholder landscapes.
- You possess a strong sense for customer needs, market mechanisms, and the successful scaling of innovative digital solutions.
- You can successfully connect global and local perspectives and develop sustainable solutions at the intersection of business, technology, and customer requirements.
- You distinguish yourself through a high degree of initiative, persuasiveness, and a goal-oriented and cooperative way of working.
