THE WHY To end COPV failure in spaceflight. As we grow, production becomes more complex — with multiple teams, machines, technologies, and locations. Your mission is to keep all these moving parts aligned and ensure that our production output is achieved every day.

THE WHAT You are the daily connection between planning and execution. You coordinate production teams, translate capacity and production needs into realistic plans, and react quickly when priorities, capacities, or timelines change.

You ensure:

• Production plans reflect real machine and personnel capacity
• Production targets are achieved through effective daily coordination
