Position

CAD Designer (m/f/x) – Full‑time

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise a smooth production process in coordination with other production areas
• Monitor effectiveness of production processes and availability of auxiliary materials
• Support the station manager in recording and documenting additional work
• Co‑ordinate continuously with other stations within production
• Assists in personnel planning and employee training

Qualifications

• Successfully completed training in a skilled trade (e.g., carpenter, industrial mechanic, fitter) supplemented by a master craftsman, technician, or comparable qualification
• Experience in a production environment, ideally with knowledge of manufacturing processes and cross‑departmental collaboration
• Good communication skills and a transparent way of working
• Commitment, teamwork and flexibility
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics Navision, SAP) is an advantage
• Confident handling of common MS Office programmes
