Production Engineer (m/f/d)

As part of a temporary staffing arrangement with the option of permanent placement (open-ended contract), we offer you the opportunity to significantly advance demanding projects in the aerospace industry for a planned project duration of 40 months with a renowned, globally operating technology partner. In this responsible position, you will analyze non-conformities, evaluate technical drawings, and optimize production-related construction processes directly on-site. You will control and optimize complex manufacturing processes in aircraft construction to ensure the highest quality and efficiency standards. You will record and analyze quality deviations to develop targeted and sustainable corrective actions. You will create and manage technical documentation, production orders, and complaint reports to ensure smooth production processes. You will evaluate and interpret technical drawings, construction documents, and work instructions to resolve deviations in a solution-oriented manner. You will actively coordinate interfaces between production, quality assurance, and partners to ensure seamless traceability of all production steps.

• Fundierter technischer Hintergrund in den Bereichen Maschinenbau, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
• Praxiserprobte Fachkenntnisse in der Flugzeugfertigung sowie Vertrautheit mit modernen Produktionsmethoden und Strukturbauteilen.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Systemen des Abweichungsmanagements sowie moderner Planungs- und Office-Software im Fertigungsumfeld.
• Analytische Denkweise und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise auch in anspruchsvollen Produktionsumgebungen.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ausgeprägter Teamgeist für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit im projektübergreifenden Kontext.
• Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch zur reibungslosen Abstimmung technischer Sachverhalte im internationalen Umfeld.
