As a Production Engineer - Software Integration, you ensure live applications run reliably, securely, and efficiently by strengthening automation, observability, and CI/CD. You’ll bridge DevOps and Software Engineering to improve developer experience and product quality, handling incidents and performance tuning. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive resilient, scalable production systems in a defence-focused environment. You will contribute to architectural decisions and secure practices while advancing the company’s mission to support open and ethical governance of AI.

• System Reliability & Performance: ensure production apps run reliably, efficiently, and securely
• Automation: develop and maintain automated deployment, testing, and scaling processes
• Monitoring & Observability: build and manage monitoring systems for health and user experience
• Incident Management: respond to production incidents, perform root cause analysis, implement preventative measures
• Collaboration: work with development, product, and operations teams to improve processes
• Code & Architecture: contribute to architectural decisions, perform code reviews, ensure maintainable code

• Strong coding skills in C++, Rust, SQL, Nix OS (etc)
• Experience with cloud platforms, ERP and MES
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving for complex technical issues
• Understanding of system architecture, networking, and production database management
