Job Description and Key Responsibilities
We are now looking for a Production / Project Manager Content to join our Design Studio in Hamburg. In this role, you will work closely with motion designers, art directors, strategists, and project managers to deliver high-quality content for digital signage channels.
You will play a central role in coordinating content production and ensuring smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams. The projects range from digital menu boards for international food chains to in-store communication solutions for well-known global brands.
- Coordinate content production projects from brief to final delivery.
- Act as the point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Manage incoming requests, briefs, and data flows related to content production.
- Translate client needs and feedback into clear instructions for designers and production teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, with high quality and according to brand guidelines.
- Participate in client meetings and build strong, trust-based relationships.
- Maintain structure and overview across multiple parallel projects.
- Collaborate closely with creatives and contribute to improving processes and workflows.
- Support and contribute to concept development where relevant.
Your Profile
You are a structured and proactive production / project manager with a strong ability to create clarity in complex workflows. You enjoy working in a creative environment, have an eye for detail, and are comfortable acting as the link between clients and creative teams.

- A structured, organized, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate client feedback into actionable tasks.
- A good eye for design, typography, and visual communication.
- A client-focused mindset and confidence in working with brand guidelines.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A relevant degree or vocational training in marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and ideally After Effects) is a plus.
- Open to adapt new way of works using AI.
- German and English skills.
