Production Support Engineer (m/f/d)

In this role you install, upgrade, calibrate, and maintain Advantest test systems, ensuring quality and reliability. You troubleshoot hardware and software, support test cells, and integrate systems into customers’ environments. You will configure system software to meet customer requirements and contribute to product improvements. You work on short-term projects in a global service context, applying project management methods to deliver results. This position is ideal for a technically skilled, communicative engineer who thrives in a hands-on, cross-functional setting.

• Install, upgrade, calibration, and maintenance of Advantest test systems

• University Degree / Master / Bachelor in Electronic Engineering or technical school (associate engineering degree) with practical experience
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Preferred skills in Linux (Redhat) operating system and IT networks
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated troubleshooting ability
• Teamwork and ability to work in a global environment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure
• Driver license
