Excellent opportunity for an Engineer or Physics based professional to join a market leading company at a newly expanded and state of the art facility in a secure role with scope for career progression. The company is a leading electronics/semiconductor manufacturer with sites across the globe. They are expanding a key site of their business, growing from 500 to 700 staff in the coming 12 months as a new part of their site opens. In order to support this growth they are looking for a Production Team Lead to support their small but specialist team.

In this role you will be leading a team of approximately 5 people in a specialist process environment. You will have responsibility for the team and results of the respective module and also oversee training and strategy for your team, all the while reporting to the Engineering Manager.

The person will come from an Electronics/Semiconductor (or similar) environment with transferable qualifications. You will have some experience of leading others and be able to speak German and English to at least B2 level. The role is onsite so you will need to be commutable or willing to relocate for the opportunity.
