Job Description

• Design scalable production tooling systems aligned to end-to-end manufacturing flows, HVM targets, and CM operational constraints
• Industrialize solutions from pilot to standardized, multi-site deployment with minimal customization and clear ownership
• Drive automation-first execution, eliminating manual steps across quality checks, failure handling, repair, and reporting
• Ensure production-grade operations, including monitoring, resilience, performance optimization, and rapid issue resolution
• Align stakeholders and ecosystems, integrating engineering, IT, CMs, and vendors into a cohesive, future-ready tooling landscape

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 8+ years in product ownership, product management, or technical leadership.
• Proven track record of building and scaling production ecosystems for high-volume manufacturing, with demonstrated impact on throughput, quality, or efficiency
• Strong experience in automation and industrialization of manufacturing processes, including deploying tools across multiple sites or Contract Manufacturers with minimal manual intervention
• Deep understanding of production systems, data flows, and system integration (e.g. MES, analytics platforms, API-based architectures) in complex industrial environments
• Experience owning end-to-end product or system lifecycle, from requirements translation through deployment and stable operation in production-critical environments
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and transformation, working with engineering, operations, IT, and external partners to deliver scalable production solutions
