In this role you will harmonize global HR policies and solutions, aligning with international HR teams and German HR. You will craft and manage a global learning communication strategy and campaigns, coordinating with local units and global Communities of Practice. You’ll develop a marketing playbook and multimedia content to promote learning offerings and optimize digital learning surfaces. You drive measurable learning outcomes and reporting, contributing to ERGO’s international HR development and learning agenda.

• Define and harmonize global HR policies and frameworks
• Coordinate alignment with international HR teams and HR Germany and ET&S
• Create and manage a global learning communication strategy and campaigns
• Plan and steer annual/quarterly marketing plans aligned with learning strategy and product portfolio
• Lead campaign planning and advise on local adaptation and implementation
• Develop a global marketing playbook and multimedia content for learning campaigns
• Manage and optimise digital learning content and surfaces
• Monitor and report on learning offerings

• Master's degree in economics or social sciences
• Several years of professional experience in HR development, ideally international
• Proven track record in developing and implementing communication strategies and marketing plans
• Strong project management, analytical, and consultative skills
