Program Manager – Automotive Electronics

What you'll do:

• Lead cross-functional international teams and act as the key interface between customer, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Drive program execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality targets
• Manage product development activities, engineering changes, launch readiness, and customer expectations
• Identify risks, solve complex challenges, and lead teams toward successful outcomes
• Own program financial performance, project timelines, and launch milestones
• Participate together with the Commercial and Technology team in the key business acquisition phase.
• Build strong customer relationships and become the trusted partner for program implementation

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably with Tier-1 suppliers
• Strong technical understanding of automotive electronics and product development processes
• Proven experience in international project/program management
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Business-fluent German and English
• Valid residence and work permit for Germany
