Program Manager for Ground Segments

As Program Manager for Ground Segments, you lead end-to-end development of ground systems for next‑generation satellite constellations. You will coordinate multidisciplinary, international teams across software, mission operations, cloud, cybersecurity, and data processing to deliver scalable, operational ground solutions. You drive technical decisions, manage cost, schedule and risk, and ensure alignment with customer requirements and industry standards. • Lead end-to-end Ground Segment projects from system definition to operations transition.
• Coordinate activities across engineering teams, customers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage project cost, schedule, quality, risks, and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
• Support technical decision‑making and ensure alignment between customer requirements and engineering solutions.
• Ensure delivery of critical Ground Segment capabilities (Mission Control, Flight Dynamics, Mission Planning, Ground Station Networks, Data Processing, Mission Operations).
• Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary and international teams to achieve objectives.
• Ensure Ground Segment solutions are scalable, resilient, and ready for next‑generation satellite missions.

• Experience managing large-scale projects (> 10M budget).
• Knowledge of ECSS or related standards.
• Experience managing subcontractors and external partners.
• Ability to coordinate multiple development teams across the organization.
