Program Manager - Germany

As Program Manager for Missions, you will lead complex satellite mission programs from contract to delivery, aligning cross-functional teams to customer commitments. You will act as the central orchestrator across engineering, product, operations, and commercial functions, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and strong customer relationships. This role supports ICEYE’s mission to scale reliable, high-impact mission delivery globally, and requires coordinating work across Munich or Berlin with travel to customer sites. You will drive scalable PM practices and clear communication with senior stakeholders.

• Deliver satellite mission programs on time, within budget, and to performance standards
• Build and maintain trusted customer relationships as the primary program interface
• Establish and drive program plans (scope, milestones, resources, financials)
• Identify, manage, and resolve risks, dependencies, and escalations
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams
• Implement scalable program management practices to improve delivery reliability
• Establish reporting structures and communication channels for timely information flow to stakeholders and leadership

• 5–10 years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with advanced technology systems
• Strong customer-facing experience with senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Expertise in program planning, execution, and governance (scope, schedule, budget, risk)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under uncertainty
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
• Fluent German (native level) and ability to obtain security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
