Programme Manager - Land

In this role you will lead a defined workstream within Helsing's Land domain programme, coordinating delivery across engineering and commercial tracks and keeping stakeholders aligned. You will own customer and partner relationships, support commercial outreach, and translate technical progress into clear reporting. You will manage programme tracking and risk, escalating issues before they impact delivery, and you will work with cross-functional teams to bring capabilities into your workstream. • Run a defined workstream within a Land domain programme and align priorities, milestones, and commitments across engineering and commercial tracks
• Own working-level relationships with customers and partners with clear documentation of outputs, decisions, and actions
• Maintain a programme tracking dashboard and risk register, presenting status to stakeholders and surfacing challenges early
• Support commercial outreach by identifying opportunities within the programme and contributing to bids or proposals as directed
• Coordinate across engineering, commercial and operational functions to enable seamless cross-functional delivery

• Run a defined workstream within a complex programme in defence, aerospace, automotive or engineering environments with delivery against technical and commercial milestones
• Built and maintained project tracking tools and dashboards, and presented programme status to stakeholders
• Supported customer and partner relationships and contributed to commercial outreach or opportunity identification within an active programme
• Hold PMP certification or equivalent, or actively working towards one, with use of structured project management methods in fast-moving environments
• Fluent English and German (C1) written and spoken; willing to travel; able to meet national security clearance requirements
