Programme Managers – Germany | Airbus Projects

Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Programme Managers to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

Locations include Finkenwerder, Manching, Hamburg, Bremen, Ulm, Donauwörth, Immenstaad and other sites across the country.

What You Will Do

• Manage and coordinate programme planning activities within the Single Aisle department.
• Monitor and manage key programme milestones.
• Support cost management and financial follow‑up activities.
• Develop, maintain and monitor Risk Management plans.
• Prepare programme reviews, reports and management presentations.
• Support activities focused on customer value and programme performance.
• Manage the programme baseline and its evolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration between multifunctional teams, including Engineering and other relevant departments.
• Support change management and continuous process improvement activities.
• Manage and coordinate relevant internal and external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree or equivalent in one of the following fields:
  • Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering / Engineering Management
  • Business Administration
  • International Management
  • Economics or a related field
• More than 4 years of professional experience in:
  • Finance / financial management
  • Customer Service
  • Project or Programme Management
• Good knowledge of:
  • Change Management
  • Risk Management
  • Process Improvement
  • Fluent / negotiation-level English – mandatory.
  • French language skills are a plus.
  • Previous knowledge of the Airbus environment and business is highly valued.
