Project Analyst, Customer Experience – Implementation

Stellenbeschreibung:

Manage platform operations and own reporting and tracking for customer-related bugs, feature requests, outages, and issue resolution
Respond to customer and internal stakeholder platform issues according to customer SLAs and internal process documentation
Support implementation processes by structuring data in the Euclid Platform
Own Smartsheet administration and provide Smartsheet support for internal team members and external stakeholders
Support overall services delivery initiatives
Support creation and maintenance of SOPs, training materials, and customer-facing documentation
Report trends and areas of concern to the Customer Experience Team Lead
Contribute to program initiatives and support customer projects and workstreams by collaborating with Customer Experience Project Managers

Requirements

3+ years experience in a software support or data structuring role
Understanding of the renewable energy project lifecycle or demonstrated interest in learning
Experience with tools like Smartsheet, HubSpot, and cloud-based project documentation platforms
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
Bachelor's degree in business management, product management, or a related technical field preferred
