Project Assistant – SAP to Chargebee Migration (m/f/d)

Your mission

As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting the migration and implementation of a new subscription management platform, with a strong focus on Order Management processes.

You will collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance and Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition of systems, processes, and data. Your contribution will help improve operational efficiency, invoicing accuracy, and scalability of our subscription business model.

Key Responsibilities Include

• You support the migration of the subscription management tool and related operational processes
• You assist in the analysis, testing, and validation of order management workflows
• You coordinate with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are properly implemented
• You help maintain data accuracy and process consistency during the migration phase
• You support invoicing and billing‑related activities linked to subscriptions and customer orders
• You identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational excellence initiatives
• You participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and documentation activities

Your profile

• You have experience in Revenue Operations, Order Management, Finance Operations, or a related fiel
• You have a good understanding of subscription business models and operational processes
• You have experience working with ERP systems and/or subscription management platforms (highly desirable)
• You have exposure to invoicing, billing, or financial operations processes
• You bring strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• You are able to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders
• You are comfortable working in a dynamic and transformation‑oriented environment
• You have excellent communication and organizational skills
