Your mission

As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting the migration and implementation of a new subscription management platform, with a strong focus on Order Management processes.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition of systems, processes, and data. Your contribution will help improve operational efficiency, invoicing accuracy, and scalability of our subscription business model.

Key responsibilities include:

You support the migration of the subscription management tool and related operational processes
You assist in the analysis, testing, and validation of order management workflows
You coordinate with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are properly implemented
You help maintain data accuracy and process consistency during the migration phase
You support invoicing and billing-related activities linked to subscriptions and customer orders
You identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational excellence initiatives
You participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and documentation activities

Your profile

You have experience in Revenue Operations, Order Management, Finance Operations, or a related fiel
You have a good understanding of subscription business models and operational processes
You have experience working with ERP systems and/or subscription management platforms (highly desirable)
You have exposure to invoicing, billing, or financial operations processes
You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
You are able to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders
You are comfortable working in a dynamic and transformation-oriented environment
You have excellent communication and organizational skills
