Specialising in aircraft turnaround operations and the passenger journey, their solutions support airports, airlines and ground handlers to deliver smarter, data‑driven performance where it matters most: on the ground, in real time.
As the company continues to expand across Europe, we are looking for a French speaking experienced Project & Customer Product Success Manager to join the team. This is a highly visible, client‑facing role where you will own successful delivery, adoption and long‑term value creation across some of the most operationally complex environments in aviation. If you enjoy being the trusted bridge between customers and technology, and thrive in fast‑moving, high‑impact settings.
Reporting to the European Lead, you will be the primary point of contact for European customers during solution delivery, testing and adoption, and well beyond go‑live. You will combine project delivery rigour with strong relationship management, ensuring solutions are deployed effectively, adopted successfully, and delivering the intended operational outcomes. Just as importantly, you will identify opportunities to deepen relationships and grow accounts through upsell and cross‑sell.
