Supporting sales managers in calculating complex customer projects, including ensuring a smooth transition to commercial project implementation; supporting project management in defining work package structures for various customer projects and mapping them in SAP S4/HANA; analyzing and questioning quantity frameworks and other cost-relevant factors created by technical departments, and structuring them for project controlling; creating and maintaining earned value analyses and commercial project progress reports; promoting the standardization of project cost calculations, taking into account typical project risks and lessons learned from past projects; reconciling resource planning across different customer projects and developing planning options to eliminate resource bottlenecks; continuously improving calculation accuracy and further developing the IT tools used.

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in einer technischen oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Multiprojektcontrolling, in der Projektkalkulation oder der Ressourcenplanung
• Fundierte Berufserfahrung als Projektcontroller oder kaufmännischer Projektleiter
• Tiefgehende Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Umgang mit dem SAP-Modul PS, idealerweise in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
• Kenntnisse der wesentlichen Projektmanagement-Instrumente, u. a. Arbeitspaketstrukturen und Meilenstein-Trendanalysen
• Fähigkeit zur Erarbeitung und Umsetzungbereichsübergreifender Lösungen zu komplexen Themen
• Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
