Project Developer – Renewable Energies (m/f/d)

Our client is a modern, utility‑scale renewable energy developer focused on large ground‑mounted solar PV and battery storage projects. Backed by Marguerite, one of Europe’s leading infrastructure investors, the company has a strong German pipeline of ~870 MW and a hands‑on, data‑driven development culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop utility‑scale PV and BESS projects from site identification to construction readiness.
• Secure land, manage permitting and coordinate zoning and approval processes.
• Lead grid connection discussions with German grid operators.
• Manage municipalities, landowners, consultants and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, energy, environmental sciences or a related discipline.
• Experience in renewable energy project development, ideally utility‑scale PV or BESS.
• Strong knowledge of German planning, permitting and grid connection processes.
• Fluent German and very good English, with strong communication skills.
