Project Engineer – Customer Requirements, Engineering Coordination

Stellenbeschreibung:

Act as a central link between Sales, Engineering and Project Management.
Coordinate customer-specific technical requirements throughout the different phases of a project.
Ensure that requests are clearly defined, assessed and assigned to appropriate technical experts.
Review customer-specific technical requirements regarding completeness, feasibility, cost and implementation timeline.
Coordinate Project Specific Requests and Engineering Change Requests across Sales, Engineering and Project Management.
Assess which technical disciplines need to be involved, for example mechanical, electrical, network or system engineering.
Assign requests to the relevant technical experts and ensure that responsibilities and priorities are clearly defined.
Track open topics, initiate expert discussions and follow up on outstanding information and decisions.
Ensure that customer commitments made during the sales phase are accurately transferred into engineering and project execution.
Maintain and update technical requests in the relevant PLM and ticketing systems.
Lead regular coordination meetings with global Sales Engineering stakeholders.
Prepare reports and analyses on request status, response times, workload and process performance.
Identify opportunities to improve cross-functional collaboration, transparency and processing times.
