Project Engineer, Grid Connection and Services (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• In your new, forward-looking role, you’ll work closely with our customers (municipal utilities, power plants, and large industrial consumers) to guide them along their transformation journey. You’ll play a central role in the process leading up to grid connection and will play a key role in shaping our growing services business in collaboration with our customers and partners. Your team will have your back every step of the way!
• Independently handling connection requests and developing customized solutions for grid connection—including for electrolysers, power plants, large industrial consumers, and municipal utilities
• Proactively supporting our customers on their transformation journey by assisting with technical, legal, and regulatory issues
• Coordinating processes between our internal departments and customers
• Marketing grid-related services from our technical service portfolio

Your Qualifications

• A successfully completed degree in engineering or the natural sciences, as well as an interest in business-related issues
• Ideally, some experience in customer-focused communication, such as through technical consulting, projects, or service provision
• Proficiency with MS Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong customer and solution orientation, as well as a structured approach to work
• A thirst for knowledge and an interest in proactively engaging with customers and partners, combined with the ability to tailor complex content to the audience and convey it clearly
• Strong negotiation skills paired with clear communication
• Business-level proficiency in spoken and written German
