Project Engineer (m/f/d)

In this role you lead and support technical projects at the Eschweiler plant, focusing on HVAC and cleanroom technology. You collaborate across internal and external partners to ensure compliant, on-time delivery and sustainable concepts. You will work with the engineering team to plan, budget, and supervise construction activities, contributing to a safer, more efficient facility. • Independent project management of HVAC and cleanroom projects across all planning phases
• Schedule and cost control including budget reporting and status updates
• Support of the engineering team in building services engineering
• Development and planning of sustainable concepts for heating, ventilation, and plumbing
• Cost estimation, specification preparation, and tender document support
• Coordination of internal departments and external partners
• Construction supervision as needed by project scope

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Experience in planning, execution, or commissioning of ventilation systems (pharmaceutical or medical device sector preferred)
• Several years of project management experience in technical facility management
• Good understanding of commercial calculation for quotations
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience with SAP R3 or S4HANA
• Knowledge of AutoCAD desirable
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills; effective collaboration in multifunctional and international teams
