Project Engineering Manager

As Project Engineering Manager, you will lead electrical infrastructure initiatives for PV projects and grid connectivity in a fast-growing renewable developer. You’ll work within an engineering-focused team, coordinating grid interfaces and cable works while supporting PV engineering and project planning. The role offers remote work from anywhere in Germany and a chance to help scale a portfolio of PV and BESS assets. You will contribute to a collaborative, innovative culture focused on ambitious growth and real energy impact.

• Manage electrical infrastructure connecting PV projects to the grid
• Oversee cable works and grid connection activities
• Coordinate and communicate with grid operators
• Support PV engineering activities
• Contribute to project planning and project management across renewable energy developments

• Experience within PV, BESS, or renewable energy projects
• Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure and grid connections
• Ability to manage multiple engineering and project-related responsibilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Minimum C1 German fluency
