Project Engineer/Project Manager Building Services (m/f/x)

In this role you drive resource-saving, innovative building services concepts and manage MEP projects across all service phases. You work within a cross-functional team to coordinate with clients, architects, and designers, shaping sustainable environments. The position combines technical leadership with project management to ensure high-quality, compliant delivery. • Develop sustainable, resource-efficient building technology concepts
• Manage MEP projects across all HOAI service phases with expert support
• Independently lead projects covering all KG400 trades and coordinate with clients, architects, and planners

• completed studies in building services, technical training, or comparable qualification
• professional experience in planning building services
• BIM experience (ideally) and knowledge of Revit
