Project Excellence Lead (all genders)

Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing Project Excellence Team and oversee the Document Management Lead, driving accountability and operational delivery excellence.
Define and drive the overall Project Excellence strategy, including governance frameworks, stage‑gate models, and lifecycle standards , ensuring alignment across EPCO and corporate stakeholders.
Oversee the development and consistent application of methodologies, standards, templates, and governance frameworks across the project portfolio.
Drive EPCO KPI tracking, structured performance reporting, and data‑driven insights , enabling transparency, accountability, and informed decision‑making at senior level.
Lead structured improvement initiatives to enhance project execution maturity, best practice adoption, and continuous improvement cycles across EPCO.
Establish and govern robust document management systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint), ensuring quality, compliance, version control, and auditability across all projects.
Ensure consistent ways of working across functions , integrating corporate initiatives into project execution frameworks and aligning stakeholders.
Drive capability development in project governance, methodologies, and document management , while providing leadership to the document management function and embedding a culture of execution discipline.

Your profile:

Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related discipline
Extensive experience in project excellence, governance, or transformation within complex environments
Excellent leadership and cross‑functional coordination skills in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
Strong expertise in process design, governance frameworks, standardisation, and continuous improvement
Deep understanding of project governance, stage‑gate models, and performance management frameworks
Proven leadership capabilities across multi‑layered, cross‑functional team structures
Strong analytical skills with ability to drive performance insights, challenge outcomes, and enhance accountability
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with ability to drive alignment without direct authority
