Become part of our Hamburg team as Project Finance Manager (all genders) . You will play a key role in managing the financing activities of one of Skyborn Renewables' major offshore wind projects. Embedded within our Joint Venture and Asset Management environment , you will act as an important interface between the project, its shareholders and financing partners. With a strong focus on project finance and lender management , you will manage complex financing obligations and lender-facing processes throughout the construction and operational phases of the project. We are looking for an experienced finance professional with a strong understanding of complex financing structures and relevant experience gained in project finance, banking, corporate or structured finance, financial services or other financing-driven environments .
