Project Finance Manager (m/f/d)

We are currently supporting a growing renewable energy platform in the search for a Project FinanceManager to support the funding and execution of solar and energy storage projects across Germany. This role sits at the intersection of project finance, investments, and renewable energy, working closely with investors, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to structure and deliver financing solutions for energy infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Structure and manage financing solutions for solar and energy storage projects.
• Advise investors on debt and equity financing strategies and investment structures.
• Assess financial situations and develop tailored financing concepts for clients and investors.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, lenders, and financing partners.
• Support transaction execution from initial structuring through to financial close.
• Work closely with commercial teams to facilitate successful project acquisitions and investments.
• Analyze project economics and financing options to support investment decisions.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in corporate banking, lending, investment advisory, or structured finance.
• Strong understanding of financing structures, credit processes, and investment models.
• Ability to engage with investors, lenders, and senior stakeholders.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and structured approach to work.
• Experience in renewable energy, project finance, infrastructure investments, or energy markets is advantageous.
• Familiarity with solar projects, energy storage solutions, or investor relations is a plus.
