Core Responsibilities

Fast Track Projects

• Identify AI Quick Wins: Actively seek out and define opportunities for AI‑driven use cases.
• Manage the execution in fast‑track front‑runner projects (turnkey AI unit).

AI Enablement

• Support our AI‑communities such as AI Agents or Citizen Data Scientists: functional enablement and scaling across the organization, ensuring users understand how to leverage these tools effectively.

AI Adoption

• Act as an AI champion, conducting enablement sessions and creating documentation to ensure smooth adoption of new AI features by business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Epic & User Story Creation: Translate complex business needs and business cases into clear, actionable Epics, User Stories, and Features with well‑defined acceptance criteria.
• Drive Implementation Readiness: Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements to ensure they are fully ready for technical implementation.
• Backlog Management: Partner with the Product Owner and development teams to continuously groom, prioritize, and refine the product backlog.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops and meetings to align cross‑functional teams on project deliverables and requirements.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and participate in UAT to guarantee that delivered technical solutions meet the original business requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3–5 years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in a tech‑driven environment.
• Methodology: Strong proven experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Experience defining requirements for Data & AI use cases (e.g., AI Agent, Reporting, Analytic).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of business processes in SAP and SalesForce.
• AI Passion and fluency: Passion for AI use cases and a strong conceptual understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and GenAI applications in a business context.
• Technical Literacy: Familiarity with modern data architectures, specifically Databricks, CoPilot, Power BI, and basic SQL/querying skills.

Vergütungsspanne

Die jährliche Vergütung für diese Position liegt zwischen €69.500,00 und €139.500,00 jährlich. Faktoren wie Fähigkeiten, Ausbildung, Erfahrung und weitere Qualifikationen können die Vergütung innerhalb dieser Spanne beeinflussen.

Weitere Vergütung

Diese Position hat Anspruch auf kurzfristige Bonuszahlungen.
