As our Project Management Assistant (m/f/d) you are the operational engine that keeps our photonic computing projects on track.

Youwillactasa vital linkbetweentheProductOwner, Project Manager, andourcross functionaltechnicalteams. Thisroleisaboutprovidingmaximumteamleveragebymaintainingstructuredoverviewsoftechnicaldevelopmentsandensuringthatourcomplexprojectplansaretranslatedintoprecise,actionableworkflows.

Your Responsibilities

• Operational Force Multiplier:Supportthe ProductOwner and Project Manager inplanning,coordinating, andtracking complex photonic projects to ensure the team remains focusedonstrategic decisions.
• DocumentationArchitecture:Own andmaintain the integrity of project documentation,including schedules,technical records,action items, andstatus reports to ensure accuracyandaccessibility.
• Meeting & Workshop Mastery:Facilitate meetings,workshops, and stand-ups,ensuringsmoothcommunicationandthat every session resultsinclear,tracked deliverables.
• Milestone &DependencyTracking:Maintainaclear overview of project backlogs,technical dependencies, andmilestones,providinghigh-leveltransparency to both technicaland non-technical stakeholders.

• Strategic Reporting Support:Assist inpreparingsophisticatedproject dashboards,presentations, andreports for management,translating technical progress into structured updates.
• ProcessExcellence:Ensure strict adherence to project templatesand agileworkflows(Scrum/Kanban),contributing to the continuous improvement of efficient reporting mechanisms.

Your profile

• AcademicFoundation:Youhold aBachelor’sdegreein Business, Management, Physics,orIndustrial Engineering.
• TechnicalLiteracy:Youhavepriorexperiencesupportingprojectteams,preferablywithin atechnicalorengineeringenvironment, andcannavigatecomplexprojectlifecycles.
• Tool & AgileFluency:Youareproficientwithprojectmanagementsoftware (e.g., Jira,Confluence, MS Project) andhavea solidunderstandingofAgileframeworkslikeScrumorKanban.
• Analytical Self-Leadership:Youpossessa highdegreeofself-organization andasolution oriented mindsetmaintainingcalmandefficiencyevenunderthepressureoftightdeadlines.
• StakeholderCollaboration:Youhaveaprovenabilitytocoordinatecrossfunctionalteamsandfacilitatealignmentbetweendiversetechnicalstakeholders.
• Communication Excellence:Youpossessexceptionalwrittenand verbalcommunicationskills;fluencyin Englishisrequired, andproficiencyin Germanisadistinctadvantage.
