Project Management Officer A400M Development-Military Systems (d/f/m)

We are currently looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) to join Tintschl in an exciting project with Airbus Defence & Space

Candidates must be eligible to work on military or NATO projects with the necessary security clearances.

• Drive project success by applying strong Project Management expertise.
• Manage project governance and ensure compliance with established processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed work package planning using the official planning tools.
• Conduct work package reviews, monitor project performance, and identify scope changes.
• Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to assess project progress.
• Define, monitor, and report project KPIs related to Time, Cost, Quality, and Performance (T/C/Q/P).
• Propose mitigation and recovery plans and monitor their implementation.
• Perform Risk & Opportunity (R&O) management and maintain the official risk management tool (ARM).
• Support the Maturity Gates process throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience as a Project Management Officer (PMO).
• Strong knowledge of project governance, planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience with Risk & Opportunity Management.
• Business fluent English (written and spoken).
• German language skills are an advantage.
• Experience with Google Workspace is a plus.
• Experience with Unified Planning is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
