Project Management, Process Optimization Specialist

• Independently manage projects from initiation to completion, including cross-departmental initiatives
• Support team members from other departments in methodical, goal-oriented, and process-compliant project execution
• Plan, prioritize, and track project goals, milestones, tasks, and dependencies
• Facilitate workshops and alignment meetings
• Ensure the application and continuous improvement of project management standards, particularly using Jira and Confluence
• Contribute to process management and derive improvement measures

Requirements

• Commercial vocational training and/or a degree, ideally supplemented by a project management certification
• Several years of project management experience with traditional, agile, or hybrid methodologies
• Confident use of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, as well as MS Office
• Knowledge of process management or willingness to develop these skills
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking; ability to work across teams and departments
• Very good German language skills and, ideally, good English skills
