Project Manager, Associate Project Manager – Market Research

Act as the key client contact throughout projects, managing clients, issues, and engagement
Provide project-related solutions and nurture client relationships
Manage and implement internal business processes for collecting and preparing market research data
Manage the process from questionnaire provision through delivery of final deliverables
Handle complex market research, administrative, and technical activities
Facilitate work among internal departments and external agencies
Manage project initiation and scheduling
Manage field activities to ensure completion within budget, parameters, and schedule
Monitor field status reports and understand data requirements
Check data and proofread deliverables
Coordinate with internal and external departments and agencies
Monitor project progress, provide feedback, ensure deadlines, and take corrective action
Coordinate with client service and data processing teams on code frames and DP specifications
Handle project-related queries from data collection or data processing after fieldwork
Conduct quality control throughout projects and rectify issues early
Analyze study performance and provide recommendations for future work

Requirements

Experience in MR Data collection and consulting
Experience with study setup
Experience scheduling projects, including planning timelines, negotiating where necessary, preparing detailed study instructions, and briefing Survey Programming, Data Collection, and Data Processing teams
Experience with questionnaire input and specifications
Experience liaising with clients and making recommendations for effective data collection
Experience monitoring job progress, providing feedback, meeting deadlines, taking corrective action, liaising on code frames and DP specifications, handling project-related queries, and ensuring quality standards
Experience in quality control and adherence to processes/standards
Experience analyzing study performance and providing recommendations
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet assigned deadlines within extremely short timeframes
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent analytical, computational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal and external clients
Ability to explore solutions to complex project situations within tight deadlines
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office/Suite and other specialized business-related software systems
Enthusiastic, with good people skills and an interest in new ideas and ways of doing things
Willingness to work night shifts during US EST hours
