Project Manager - Audio

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international event technology company for an experiencedProject Manager – Audio.

In this role, you will take ownership of the planning, coordination, and delivery of professional audio solutions across a diverse portfolio of live events, corporate productions, broadcast, sports, and entertainment projects. Working closely with clients, technical teams, and project stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage audio projects from initial planning through to on-site delivery and project completion.
• Coordinate technical teams, equipment, logistics, and project resources.
• Develop technical concepts and support solution design for clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and technical quality throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

• Proven experience in professional audio, live events, or event technology.
• Previous experience in project management, technical management, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of professional audio systems and live production workflows.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel as required.
