Tasks

• Assessment of building condition and development of technical and economic renovation and remodeling concepts for office, laboratory, and manufacturing buildings.
• Planning and project management of construction and renovation measures, as well as preparation and oversight of the award of construction contracts.
• Responsible management of construction and renovation projects, including cost, schedule, and quality control.
• Leading/participating in project and construction meetings, acceptance of completed work, and handover of projects to users.
• Coordination and supervision of external service providers, as well as conducting risk assessments and safety briefings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of construction and project management.
• Very good knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., LBO, occupational safety, procurement).
• Experience in industrial construction as well as renovation and refurbishment projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AVA software.
• A structured, independent, and business‑oriented approach to work.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent command of German.
