We are looking for a Digital Project Manager Digital Experience & Platforms to drive several of Dynapac's most important digital marketing initiatives during a parental leave replacement for one year.

In this role, you will take ownership of delivering our new digital customer experience by coordinating the rollout of the new Dynapac website, supporting the implementation of our global CMS structure and leading the international rollout of the Dynapac Partner Portal (Sales Support Web-App).

Working closely with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, IT, external agencies and regional organizations, you will ensure that our digital platforms create one connected customer experience across all markets. Our Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions already provide the foundation - your mission will be to bring the remaining projects successfully across the finish line and establish them globally.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating complex digital projects, connecting people and systems, and translating strategic concepts into successful global implementations.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the global rollout of the new Dynapac corporate website together with our external web agency.
• Drive the implementation and continuous development of the new CMS architecture, ensuring consistency, usability and governance across markets.
• Translate Dynapac's customer personas and digital experience strategy into a user-focused web experience.
• Lead the global rollout of the Dynapac Partner Portal Communication App and coordinating regional implementations.
• Ensure high-quality collaboration between Marketing, Sales, Product Management, IT and external partners throughout all project phases.
• Coordinate content readiness and digital asset availability through our PIM and DAM ecosystem.

Profile Wanted

Experience Requirements & Knowledge

• University degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communication, Digital Business, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in project management within digital marketing, web development, digital communication or related areas.
• Experience coordinating website implementations, CMS projects or other digital platforms.
• Understanding of digital marketing technologies such as CMS, PIM, DAM or similar solutions is considered an advantage.
• Experience working with external agencies and cross-functional international teams.
• Fluency in English is required; German and/or Swedish are considered an advantage.
