Project Manager, E‑Commerce, Full-time

Responsibilities

• You act as the central point of contact between clients, designers, developers and sales
• You ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• You conduct regular meetings with clients and teams to review project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues
• You create and maintain project documentation and reports
• You contribute your own ideas and develop strategies to optimize our project workflows
• You plan, coordinate and oversee projects from concept through delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in an agency or in the e‑commerce industry
• Prior experience working with Shopify
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday, Asana or ClickUp
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Independent and structured working style
• Strong interest in digital media and emerging technologies
• Willingness to contribute ideas and innovations in a creative, collaborative environment
