Project Manager Electrical (m/f/d)

We are looking to strengthen our electrical project management team for demanding technical construction projects.

PCM-Reichl GmbH plans, coordinates and supervises building services (MEP) in electrical engineering, HVAC & plumbing and building automation / MSR (BMS). For our office in Memmingerberg near Memmingen (Allgäu, Germany) and our project sites, we are looking for a Project Manager Electrical (m/f/d) , full-time or part-time, starting immediately.

The Role

As Project Manager Electrical, you take responsibility for the technical and organisational management of demanding electrical engineering projects. You coordinate planning and execution processes, liaise with clients, specialist planners and contractors, and ensure that projects are delivered economically, on schedule and to a high standard of quality.

The focus is on the planning, coordination and realisation of electrical systems – with particular attention to technical quality, clear processes and well-functioning interfaces with other trades.

Your Responsibilities

Project Management and Coordination

• Independent leadership and management of electrical engineering projects
• Coordination of all trades, specialist planners and service providers involved in the project
• Ensuring schedules, costs and quality targets are met
• Technical and organisational support of projects across all HOAI service phases
• Communication with building owners, clients and project stakeholders

Technical Responsibility

• Managing and reviewing electrical design and execution work
• Monitoring proper, workmanlike implementation based on the project specifications
• Coordinating interfaces with HVAC & plumbing, MSR (BMS) and other trades
• Contributing to technical decisions and solution development
• Reviewing documentation, reports and project records

Documentation and Project Controlling

• Preparing and maintaining project documents, reports and schedule overviews
• Tracking project progress
• Supporting tendering, procurement and coordination with subcontractors
• Ensuring transparent communication and clean project documentation

Your Profile

Professional Qualifications

• Completed vocational training, master craftsman or certified technician qualification, or a degree in electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project management, site management or project coordination in electrical engineering
• Sound knowledge of electrical systems and technical interrelationships
• Experience in coordinating with building owners, specialist planners and contractors
• Confident handling of project documents, schedules and technical documentation
