Project Manager EMS M/F/D

In this role you lead complex projects from pilot to high-volume production within Aptiv's automotive EMS. You steer end-to-end execution, risk management, and PDP compliance, coordinating manufacturing sites and the supply chain. You act as the primary customer-facing PM, driving cost, quality, time, and delivery targets. You contribute to continuous improvement and product industrialisation, applying Lean methods to boost performance.

• Lead and manage the most complex projects across timing, scope, and technical requirements
• Own project plans, risk management, reviews, and key deliverables to ensure success across cost, quality, time, delivery, and methodology
• Communicate customer requirements and performance targets to internal teams
• Ensure PDP compliance and accurate documentation with timely reporting and audits
• Interface between Manufacturing Sites and Supply Chain to transition products into high-volume production and support serial launch readiness
• Serve as the primary customer-facing lead for project management topics and align internal and external stakeholders
• Lead the team to achieve First Time Quality (FTQ) and Worldwide Formal Customer Complaint (WFCC) targets
• Manage CAPEX planning, approvals, tracking, and reporting; support investment targets
• Collaborate with Start Center for quotes and early-stage business activities
• Apply Lean / I&CIM methodologies to drive operational efficiency and project performance
• Lead through influence, mentor junior PMs, and coordinate cross-functional resources
• Foster compliance with governance and PDP processes, and participate in internal/external audits
