Project Manager – Event Production

Responsibilities

• Responsible for virtual, hybrid and on-site projects of varying size and complexity
• Proactively advise and support our clients to ensure maximum satisfaction
• Manage budget, schedule and scope with a clear results orientation
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams using both agile and traditional project management methods
• Work closely with Executive Management and Department Heads

Requirements

• Experience in project management
• Experience in the conference or event industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, solution-focused and customer-centric
• Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
• Self-organization and structured working are second nature to you
• Willingness to travel within Europe during project phases
