Project Manager (f/m/d) M&A

In this role you drive strategic M&A initiatives at Siemens Healthineers, guiding acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships from evaluation to execution. You lead cross-functional programs, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and advise senior management on investments. You perform financial and strategic analyses to align structures with business goals, and prepare executive-level materials. • Drive complex M&A transactions end-to-end from evaluation to execution
• Lead cross-functional M&A projects and coordinate stakeholders and external advisers
• Act as trusted advisor to senior management and support negotiations and investment decisions
• Perform financial, commercial, and strategic analyses and evaluate transaction structures
• Prepare executive-level presentations and investment papers for governance bodies

• Master in Business Administration or related field; extensive M&A experience in investment banking, corporate, private equity, or top M&A boutique
• Proven track record in executing complex M&A transactions and corporate finance projects
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with excellent project and stakeholder management
• Effective communication with executive and senior leadership across functions
• Results-oriented, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset; ability to work in dynamic, international environments
• Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial
