Project Manager (f/m/d) – Physical Security for an international logistics and tech company

Your Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of security projects across Europe independently.
• Taking full ownership of projects—from initial site assessments through to final commissioning.
• Coordinating external service providers in close alignment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Acting as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency around progress and potential risks.
• Overseeing the correct implementation and continuous optimization of security solutions such as video surveillance and access control systems.
• Traveling regularly to project sites across Europe as part of the role (50-70%).

Your Profile

• Solid experience in project management, ideally within construction, facility management, or security technology.
• First exposure to technical systems such as video surveillance, access control, or alarm systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills combined with confident stakeholder management abilities.
• A structured approach to work, even when handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a high degree of independence.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as German or Spanish are considered a plus.
• A varied role within a global organization.
